If you're not fully satisfied with our filing service, simply contact us about it within 30 days from the date of your order to correct any issues or request a refund. Under this guarantee agreement, Sharp Filings will process your refund request within 10 business days and will either issue you a refund or credit for the amount paid for our service fees. It is up to you whether you would like to receive a refund or credit your account to be used for future purchases.

Since our team spends a considerable time and effort in providing you with legal search or preparing legal documents, our satisfaction guarantee policy only covers satisfaction issues caused by our services to you. Please note that we cannot refund or credit you any money paid to government agencies or other third-parties, including government application fees, for the filing of your application. These government filing fees are generally non-refundable. As such, this guarantee agreement does not cover these types of fees since they beyond the scope of this agreement. They are governed by their own refund policy.

Please note that we cannot guarantee the outcome of your application filing. For example, the U.S. trademark office may refuse a trademark application based on substantial legal grounds. Other times, the government office may request additional information from the applicant to clarify parts of the application. These types of outcomes may cause some delay in the application process, therefore they are beyond our control and are not covered by this guarantee policy.

Since your satisfaction is important to us, Sharp Filings can also provide you with information on attorneys that can render legal services to you that are beyond the scope of Sharp Filings' service. Please note that this guarantee policy does not cover the outcome of the services rendered by our attorney referral services.
